EARLY TO BED & EARLY TO RISE
The
more rest you give to your body (at least 6 hours a day) the healthier will be
your body. It is absolutely amazing our body responds to our each and every
act, our thoughts and even when we rest. Yes, it does!
There
is a rule that our body follows. Nowadays, due to excess work load for adults
and immense pressure during school and college days we have made our own
timings for going to bed. This affects our health immensely. You will not
believe being awake till very late at night damages our digestive and immune
system. So, hold your pillows tight and sleep well and the very next morning
give a fresh boost to your body!
